I read 48 self-improvement books when I was in college, worked out every day, and when I finished my graduation I was lucky to secure myself a job at Accenture that involved cleaning shit on social media.
So, my career started with a bang, and then the prime minister of India announced a lockdown.
The only thing that’s stopping you from pursuing your self-improvement journey, is you.

No matter how many books you read, or how many motivational speeches you listen to on YouTube.
If you don’t practice what has been preached by the gurus of self-help you’ll be nothing but just another self-help consumer.
In the lockdown, most of my progress happened. I applied every self-improvement advice religiously. My confidence skyrocketed, my depression was gone and I was back, a stronger, better, harder version of myself, ready to take on this world.
